Neon Impaler
What's happening?
A jetpack. A harpoon. Fishes to transform into fuel and cash, and hostile cubes to avoid. And, for some reason, a shop to buy gear and upgrades. That's all there is to it.
This runner game was made in 71 hours for Mini Jam 153.
IMPORTANT: Instructions
We did not get the time to put a proper tutorial (or even basic instructions) in the game, so here goes: You need to capture fishes to restore fuel and gather cash, which will allow you to buy better gear and upgrades in the shop between runs. At first, the harpoon range is very limited; you almost need to shoot when the fish is on you. Your gear will get better with time (and so will you).
Controls
- Rise with the up arrows, space bar or the left mouse button
- Shoot with Enter or the right mouse button
- Pause the game with Escape, or by clicking to top-right icon
